Simply, off course, but because of a certain know-how that made him collection 1st trophies in: Romantin, Dijon, Vannes, Sorbotel Nantes, Montargis, Arpajon, Paris (Intersuc) Thuries Magasin and many more.
Artist he is! Pascal Rio is full of talent. He knows how to mix art, pleasure and passion. His passion made him work with Roussel Pastry, Maison Dalloyau, Hédirad Catering, Relais & Châteaux. You would say: everything to make and achieve his experience. Yes! But when you have the knowledge you need to share.
