Here is a short name that says it all. Pascal Rio started his career simply by passing a C.A.P. in Pastry, Confectionery and Ice Cream. Simple, but not so simple, because shortly after this C.A.P. Pascal Rio won a series of 1 prizes: Romantin, Dijon, Vannes, Sorbotel Nantes, Montargis, Arpajon, Paris (Intersuc) Thuries Magasine… and so on.

Pascal Rio is a true artist, particularly talented, known and recognized by his fathers. He is a man who knows how to combine art, pleasure and passion. This passion will make him collaborate with Dalloyau, Hédiard Traiteur, Relais & Châteaux. When you master your job, you want to share it. That’s what Pascal Rio will do through international demonstrations passing from Europe, through Asia and the Middle East.

The learning, the art, the experience, the sharing of these completed experiences. Pascal Rio creates his own company. His talents are now at the service of his clients, using very noble products, to make tasteful products that make young and old dream: crème brûlées, profiteroles and… macaroons.
