Gourmet Food Export takes care to comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) that came into effect on May 25, 2018 for residents of the European Union. Personal data collected by Gourmet Food Export is not transferred to a third party. These are stored on remote hosting such as OVH or online platforms. We do not store the personal data provided to us for e-mailing operations that we perform for our customers as a service provider. We do not use the data provided by our customers for commercial purposes.

Purpose: to answer visitors’ questions, to propose appointments

Customer relations

Purpose: to edit and send quotes, order forms, invoices and reminders
Retention period: 6 years maximum
